All that you need to know about India’s Golden Triangle

For the very good reason, The Golden Triangle is the most popular tourist route in India. From the Qutab Minar in Delhi to the Amber Fort in Jaipur and of course the Taj Mahal in Agra is what they left behind and those are some of the world’s best architecture. Here’s how you can see the highlights of the Golden Triangle tour even if you have only five days.

From Ancient to Modern Day Delhi:

The capital city is truly spectacular and that’s the reason that most Golden Triangle tours start in Delhi. Travel agency in India recommends starting the tour from Delhi. If you really don’t have time to spare and you only have a couple of days in Delhi, then head straight to Chandni Chowk. This market was created by Shah Jahan in 1650 A.D. and situated in the
center of Old Delhi and is still one of the most vibrant parts of the city. The narrow alleyways have a lane that is famous for selling any kind of parantha you desire and are filled with stalls selling spices of every scent, cloth, electronics.

Karim’s is famous for its mouth-watering kebabs so you can stop for lunch and then head to the splendid Red Fort or Lal Qila. This incredible example of Mughal architecture has a wall that extends over 2 kilometers, built on the banks of the Yamuna. Once adorned with precious stones of every hue, the palace walls, and public halls.

Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India that can hold up to 25,000 people is nearby! The beautiful blend of intricately carved white marble and red sandstone makes this site just incredible whilst its size alone is massive. Catch a glimpse of the Red Fort in the distance and wander through the courtyard. To get the best view of Old Delhi, walk up the narrow spiral
staircase of the minaret.

The next day, start early and head to Mehrauli, home to the Qutab Minar complex. This is an amazing UNESCO World Heritage site. It almost defies logic the way the minar reaches up towards the sky. Construction on this structure commenced in 1193 A.D which is over 72 meters high.

Stop at India Gate in the evening just as night falls to see it lit up in all its glory. You can also enjoy the carnival atmosphere here along with the snack on chaat. Next day you can take Delhi Agra tour package to visit Agra.

The Incredible Taj Mahal:

Get up early the next morning, for the drive to Agra. On the way, you should stop at Fatehpur Sikri which is the ancient fortified city that was once the capital of the Mughal Empire. The life of Emperor Akbar, with homes for his Hindu, Christian and Muslim wives, and a spectacular masjid can be seen in this fort. Explore this city before continuing to Agraby taking your time.

Agra is of course home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal. In real life, this iconic monument is simply breathtaking. This is sure to be the highlight of your Golden Triangle trip Built by Shah Jahan as a memorial for his favorite wife Mumtaz.Visit Agra Fort after you have wandered through the grounds of the Taj Mahal, where his ruthless son Aurangzeb held Shah Jahan captive. It was the place where he would gaze across the river to the Taj Mahal and remember his beautiful Mumtaz.

The Pink City of Jaipur Awaits:

You can start your journey to the Pink City of Jaipur early. The Old City is the best place to begin once you reach Jaipur. The Hawa Mahal that hides many secrets of the ladies who once lived here is an iconic building. The women were able to secretly observe life outside their palace through the small windows or jharokhas. You can almost hear them whispering
and giggling to each other as you wander through the halls of the Hawa Mahal if you listen carefully.

Drive to Amber Bright and early the next morning. This golden fort was built by Maharaja Man Singh in 1592 A.D. and even today. Take your time and wander through the town behind the fort and enjoy this fascinating ancient city before heading back into Jaipur.

You will be ready to head back to Delhi in the morning. The Golden Triangle undoubtedly leaves a lasting impression on all who visit so, you will return a different person. Want to explore the mystery of the Mughals? Many Tour operators in India offers tour packages to the Golden Triangle.

  2. You should see how my friend Wesley Virgin's biography begins with this shocking and controversial video.

Wesley was in the army-and soon after leaving-he discovered hidden, "self mind control" secrets that the government and others used to obtain anything they want.

As it turns out, these are the exact same SECRETS tons of celebrities (especially those who "became famous out of nowhere") and the greatest business people used to become rich and successful.

You probably know that you use only 10% of your brain.

Mostly, that's because most of your brain's power is UNCONSCIOUS.

Perhaps that thought has even occurred IN YOUR very own head... as it did in my good friend Wesley Virgin's head seven years back, while riding an unregistered, garbage bucket of a car without a driver's license and with $3 in his pocket.

"I'm so fed up with living check to check! Why can't I turn myself successful?"

You took part in those types of thoughts, am I right?

Your success story is waiting to be written. Go and take a leap of faith in YOURSELF.
